In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ck4d, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, you agree that any legal dispute shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
You may close your ck4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. ck4d also reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.
